Its just incredible i am straight into the forum, speaking to 8000+ Engineers, in fact Structural Engineers!!!. Is it not incredible. Thanks for sharing this platform, and thanks for sharing my views.

1. Lets uplift ourselves, with self initiating and self serving programs
   
2. Such as Structural Engineering Practice, induction program with Stipend, yes help grow our own community!!!
3. Its all about leadership,�
4. Leadership here means, how you/we are ready to welcome other branches of engineering within you.
5. Leadership means as well, where we want to see ourselves in coming 5 Years, 10 Years, 15 Years, 20 Years, we can able mitigate our risks from now on!!!
6. Leadership means as well, how close we want to be with respect to people life!
7. Can we hire Media, Marketing Consultant!, to market and merchandise / brandies the Community!, yes come out of the box.�
8. Leadership means, also how we take up social causes in our hands, such that, our own community gets recognition.
9. Yearly, Awards competitions!, recognition, leadership programs, mentoring the prospective engineers!
10. Setup, Centers which in minimum 20+ cities.
11. Standardized the practice across the country.
12. Its all about chalking out the relationship from users perspective and vice versa, how we perceive and how our user perceive.
13. Its doing a dissection and understand the and create a relationship which is respectable, without laws, by laws, etc
14. Structural engineering, is or has to be core and rest of the engineering shall be associated to it. i.e heart of building, bones of the building, veins of building, structure, etc
15. By default, recognition, will come be easy, and make a case, point with the government.
16. For us to be strong internally, we need to keep up attached with exams, online exams, year round, quarterly,�
17. Bring Hierarchical professional growth, with Certifications such Expert, Specialist, Masters, Professional, Visionary, Team Member, etc�
18. We need to bring competitions, endorsements, unique brave projects, especially for the protection of masses.�
19. Lets initiate pilot projects, for sustainable construction, living, lets be closer to the masses, poor people, for affordable living, lets go to villages, and bring creative research,�
20. Try to evolve smart, specific, unique, solutions, bringing smiles in the faces of villagers, which makes us happy as well!
21. 最后,但很重要的是,如果我们不帮助ourselves at this moment, we will be pushed around the issues, and cannot lead the way, as Structural Engineers we should be independent, in taking a decisions, over building dams, building trains, building water pipe lines, masses, its brave, with high responsibility, with complete conviction,�
22. As a visionary, we should foresee the issues before its surfaces in the public domain. This kind of insight, requires, and can tenders, large protection over nation building.
23. With this perspective, we need to embrace as a one body. ��

Engineer First
It is better to be Engineer First, but that is not happening, because of manyreasons related to status & packages
How many of us all budding to veteran Engineers have been ready or experiencedto work as a lead foreman to guide, teach & have products?
I am sure not many.
Do we like heat & frost, do we like thunderstorm & sweating or we liketo stay in AC offices working most hours on computers?
Do we find certain interest in hard & not so called smart work?
Do we find ourselves ready to dedicate to works more than 12 hours daily
Just structures dealt within design offices do not make real engineers
Engineers deployed on sites should also, be sound if not expert in Structuralengineering
Engineering should be considered religiously & not to get one MBA or PHD
Engineering cannot bring money to Engineer
Engineering cannot be successful, until it be revolutionized
And Revolution is no easy task
Million/s Engineers in ours failed to bring Profession on statute
