Dear Sir/Madam,

I am very happy to receive the information about your well defined workshop on Civil Engineering Analysis, Design & Construction Issues with respect to structure with RCC/Shear Walls.
I will be very happy to participate in this event to interact with the contemporary practicing engineers and scientists. But due to very late information about the workshop, I may not be able to get the approval from my department (BARC, Dept of Atomic Energy, Mumbai) in this short period of about a week. Our apex committee generally meet once in a month (usually second week of the month) to review and approve all such proposals. The approval is with respect to the registration fees payment, etc.

Since your workshop is scheduled on Saturday (Non working day for us), I can still join this event, but I will not be able to contribute the registration fees because this participation will not be officially approved.

May I request you to consider my participation in your interesting looking event without registration fee, and can you please arrange transportation for me "to and fro" from Anushaktinagar (Near Chembur), Mumbai-94.
